A Zone is comprised of a minimum 10,000 circulation/mo.
Minimum Insertion is 3 months.
Terms:  50% Down on Proof Approval.  Balance due on Date of Publication.
Delivery:  2-4 weeks from date of Insertion Order or as agreed upon.
Print Distribution:  1) Newsstands, bowling centers, bingo halls, retailers, campuses.
                              2) Supply delivered to all Advertisers and other outlets.
                              3) At Americana Times locations
                              4) Green Sheet
                              5) Internet

Ad Copy & Graphics
Our Account Executive will arrange delivery of your ad content to us.  Email is preferred.
Your ad will then be created and sent back to you for approval.  PDF, GIF, JPG, TIFF or BMP formats are preferred, but we can fax proofs or send via regular mail.
Ad copy can be changed monthly for a make-up fee of $20.00 if desired.
The liability of IntraMedia for any errors or omissions is limited to the amount paid by client.
